- More than 2 hours before the scheduled time: Full refund, no questions asked.
- Within 2 hours of the scheduled time: A cancellation handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted to cover worker scheduling costs. The balance is refunded.
- After the worker has arrived on-site: The booking is non-refundable at this stage.
3. Worker no-show
If the assigned worker does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time and has not communicated a valid reason, contact us immediately at +91 98100 40589. A full refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days following our confirmation.
4. Service quality complaints
Every booking is covered by our 30-day service guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of completed work, we will first arrange a no-cost remediation visit. If the concern cannot be resolved through re-execution, a financial resolution may be considered in accordance with Section 6.
To initiate a complaint, contact us within 7 days of service completion at care@kaamloge.com with your booking reference, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
5. Refunds — method & timeline
All eligible refunds are processed to the original payment instrument — UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking used at checkout. Refunds are not issued in cash. Processing time after approval is 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's schedule.
6. Financial resolution framework
Where a service defect has been assessed by our quality review team and a remediation visit has not resolved the issue, KaamLoge may, at its sole discretion, issue a financial adjustment as described below.
Any approved financial adjustment is issued as a service resolution credit, representing a monetary value applied to the customer's registered KaamLoge account for redemption against future eligible service engagements on the platform, subject to the validity terms stated below.
The maximum aggregate resolution applicable per incident — irrespective of booking value, extent of defect, or number of claims — is capped at ₹12,000. The amount issued shall be the lesser of: (a) the documented reasonable cost to rectify the defect, or (b) ₹12,000.
Service resolution credits carry a fixed utilisation window of 60 days from the date of issuance, after which any unused balance is automatically forfeited. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other form of settlement.
7. Eligibility conditions for financial resolution
A resolution claim will be assessed only where all of the following conditions are satisfied without exception:
KaamLoge reserves the right to decline any claim that does not meet all eligibility conditions, or where the quality review determines the claimed issue to be outside the scope of the agreed service.
8. Consultation fee (₹49)
The ₹49 painter consultation fee is credited against the final booking value when the customer proceeds with a confirmed painting job. If you choose not to proceed after the consultation, this fee is non-refundable as it covers the painter's travel and on-site assessment time.
9. How to raise a request
