1. About KaamLoge
KaamLoge is an online marketplace that connects customers in Delhi NCR with independent home service professionals. We are a facilitator — we do not directly employ the service workers listed on our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use KaamLoge. By using our platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Bookings & services
- Prices shown are estimates unless stated as fixed. Final prices are confirmed before work begins.
- You must be present or arrange access at the agreed time.
- KaamLoge will assign a verified worker. You may request re-assignment with a valid reason.
- Additional work discovered on-site must be quoted and approved before the worker proceeds.
4. Payments
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay and subject to their terms.
- Cash or UPI payments are made directly to the worker after service completion.
- KaamLoge charges a platform fee which may be included in displayed prices.
- Consultation fees (e.g. ₹49 painter visit) are credited back on confirming a full booking.
5. Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a handling fee of up to ₹100.
- If KaamLoge cancels due to worker unavailability, a full refund is issued within 5–7 business days.
6. Service guarantee
We offer a 30-day service guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a free redo or appropriate resolution.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide a safe and accessible working environment for the professional.
- Do not ask workers to perform tasks outside the booked service scope.
- Treat workers with respect. Abuse will result in account suspension.
8. Our liability
KaamLoge is not liable for accidental damage beyond what is covered by our guarantee, delays outside our control, or any consequential loss. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
9. Intellectual property
All content on kaamloge.com — including the brand name, logo, design, and text — is owned by KaamLoge. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
